GIB AM Annual UK Urban Tree planting Project

GIB AM is Driving Corporate Climate Action.

Finance

Since 2022, GIB AM has taken a hands-on approach to environmental responsibility by joining Time4Trees for three annual tree planting days at our Dartford site. Employees from GIB AM actively participate in planting native tree species, contributing directly to reforestation efforts that improve urban green spaces and enhance local ecosystems.

These planting days serve as an opportunity for team- building while reinforcing the company’s sustainability values. By physically engaging with the process, GIB AM ensures that its commitment to carbon offsetting extends beyond financial contributions, fostering a deeper corporate culture of environmental responsibility.

Long-Term Impact and Future Commitment

Through this partnership, GIB AM has helped establish a thriving woodland in Dartford, supporting carbon sequestration efforts that will benefit future generations. Each year, the trees planted contribute to absorbing CO2, reducing urban heat effects, and providing habitats for wildlife. As part of its wider ESG strategy, GIB AM continues to integrate sustainability into its operations, using this annual project as a benchmark for impactful corporate climate action. Looking forward, GIB AM and Time4Trees plan to expand this initiative, increasing both the scale of planting efforts and the long-term impact of their collaboration.

Ascend Broking Group Client Tree Gifting Project

Growing Sustainability with Every Policy Renewal

Insurance

For over three years, Ascend Broking Group has redefined client engagement by partnering with Time4Trees, gifting a tree for every policy renewal.

By opting for a continuous, monthly tree gifting initiative rather than a single planting event, Ascend Broking Group not only celebrates client loyalty but also reinforces its commitment to long-term ecological impact and corporate sustainability.

Automated Tree Gifting For Every Policy Renewal

Ascend Broking Group’s innovative project, the Ascend Forest, transforms policy renewals into eco-friendly milestones. For over three years, every renewed policy has triggered the gifting of a tree through our automated service, resulting in more than 5,100 trees planted and an equivalent 5,100 tonnes of CO2 offset.

This impactful initiative, showcased in a personalized video created exclusively for the project, reinforces their commitment to sustainability. The Ascend Forest not only nurtures biodiversity and supports reforestation but also serves as a tangible reminder of environmental responsibility. This initiative truly redefines corporate sustainability.
